the room is good and Breakfast is fables.

I did not like the color of the door to the rooms and the numbers on them, this reminded me a Jail!! This was a very bad experience of the black doors and huge numbers on them, this need to be change immediately.

Good value for money. Nothing more nothing less. The room looks like recently renovated.

The bathroom needs some touch updates…

a clean pool and hugh breakfast buffet incl. parking over the street also incl. staff very friendly. 15 min walk to the main boulevard a bit noisy in regards to the construction place over the street

The staff was kind and professional. It was kind of a be-self-sufficient hotel. Great of you're on the go all day and need some place to flop. The rooms were clean enough, but the bathrooms were so old that I'm not sure how clean one could get it. The breakfast was clean and fresh. They had machines in case you needed a cold drink. The noise level was fine. We had a car so it was about 2 kilometers from the ️ beach. The price was very reasonable for Eilat prices. They tried in little ways toward hospitality, and that shows something. We had a good Holiday and the price allowed us to buy other things.

The bathroom needs re-doing. The hotel could use a re-fresh.

price + quality = excellent . good breakfast, good atmosphere by the pool.

I did not notice any cons for this level of hotel.

Staff was very sensitive , receiving and warm at the reception , canteen …

For couple and son 16 years old one room with twin beds and one additional bed wasn’t comfortable enough .

The location is fine, a short walk from the city center and the central bus station.

Pillow too hard, we wanted one bed but got two twins together, which is uncomfortable, the matterss has bumps at its end.

Just the nois from other room they must solve it

the shower was too weak, and the door key gave a lot of trouble, so we wasted a lot of time at the door.

The location is good, we got a balcony room.

Disrespectful staff, that young lady on the reception stayed on her chair while talking to us playing on her phone, and when we called to check if our room is ready after hanging up the phone twice she finally picked it up and rudely asking who are we trying to reach instead of introducing her self, the hotel or the reception at least rudely asking as who are we trying to reach, poor breakfast, very dusty room, and one lamp above the bed is burnt. I asked for twin bed in my booking through booking and what we get is a double. No security at night just a night auditor who is not attending the reception instead napping on the lobby couch. We asked for extra blanket also asking us to come and pick it up instead of sending it to our room.

We got our room immediately when we arrived we didn’t have to wait unil 3:00 o’clock And when we checked out we asked to check out at 1:00 o’clock and they had no problem with that Room was clean Breakfast fair

The pool wasn’t that clean people were eating and drinking inside the pool Some people were swimming in their clothes not swimwear and that was disgusting Noisy people in the hotel at night

All the pictures in booking for this hotel are not updated...the rooms does not look like the pictures at all...

Staff was friendly and efficient. Some small issue with the TV set was fixed in few minutes. Breakfast was OK. Dinner was OK too although served in another hotel which was surprise for us. Our room was spacious and clean. The towels and linen were clean. Mattresses and pillows were OK.

The room although spacious and clean was very shabby. Laminated floor was dimpled (to be fair they were renovating the floors of many other rooms), furniture and bathroom facilities are very tired and rusted here and there. There were no promised free toiletries except of shower gel in dispenser. There was only one free socket some 30 cm from the floor, so if you want to plug both your phone and the kettle you have to unplug the fridge which is ridiculous
